Letter Of Intent To Invest
I would like to express my intent to invest the stated amount below to participate in the purchase and ownership of Ashton Place, 73-unit Multifamily Apartment Community. I would be one of several Limited Partners in a new entity formed for this purpose. My understanding is that the expected returns will be 15% IRR a holding period of 5 years.
This online form is not legally binding in any way, and I am soft committing until I review the legal documents; however, based on what we’ve talked about I’m very interested in participating in the Ashton Place deal.
